The goal of this project was to design, develop, and deliver a custom servant leadership learning experience to complement the Georgia Aquarium’s existing professional development curriculum. This initiative empowered staff at all levels to lead with empathy, accountability, and purpose - while leveraging innovative software tools to enhance engagement, retention, and real-world application.

Curriculum Design & Content Development: Develop a structured servant leadership curriculum tailored to the Aquarium’s culture and operational priorities. Incorporated storytelling, scenario-based learning, and role-specific examples relevant to animal care, guest services, education, and operations. Aligned lessons with existing leadership competencies and HR training standards.
Software-Enhanced Learning Platform: Integrated a learning management system (LMS) or custom software module to host content, track progress, and deliver digital resources.
