Project
The goal of our work with the Dorchester Management II team is to develop a series of websites and microsites that align with each properties objectives, user journey, and digital experience goals. Our scope includes a full creative and technical process — from UX strategy to launch — ensuring a cohesive, high-performing web presence across all properties.
UX/UI Design: We created modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that enhance engagement and align with each property’s visual identity. The UX process includes wireframing, user flow mapping, and prototype design, followed by UI design that incorporates brand elements, typography, and color systems for a consistent digital experience.
API Integrations: To ensure functionality and connectivity, each site includes the integration of required third-party APIs such as payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics tools, and content management platforms. Our team managed configuration, testing, and documentation for each integration to ensure seamless interoperability and data accuracy.
Content Development: We developed high-quality written content tailored to each website’s audience, messaging strategy, and SEO goals. This includes drafting and refining homepage copy, about sections, service descriptions, and supporting text for calls to action, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand positioning.
Image Sourcing & Visual Assets: Our creative team sourced, curated, and licensed high-resolution images and visual assets that reflect each property’s brand personality and appeal to its target audience. Custom graphics, iconography, and visual treatments were also applied to strengthen storytelling and enhance the user experience.
